All riders and participants are required to
have completed forms. This insures that everyone is
familiar with the policies and procedures of our center.
Should you have questions, please do not hesitate to call.
At your first visit there we will take the
time to review your documentation with you. You will
be provided a copy of our privacy policy and 2011 Policies
and Procedures at your initial visit.
Parents/Families/Legal Guardians will be asked to sign those
at first visit.
