				About Us Since 1994, we have served over 250 children and adults with disabilities through equine assisted activities. Our designation letter from the IRS. Mission Statement RCTRC is a non-profit 501 (c) 3, tax exempt organization, whose mission is to provide equine facilitated therapy and recreational therapy services to children and adults with disabilities. Therapeutic activities are designed to assist people to reach independence, as well as obtain a quality of life with enjoyment, confidence, and self-fulfillment.
